Social Media/Website Clothing Line Marketing/Assistant

I am currently about to open my e-commerce clothing line store. I already have 1 assistant who handles all website updating, mock-ups, and other various things.I need someone who has experience with social media/fb/google ad marketing, running ads, understanding ad funnels and executing them , have previous experience running ads with a good ROI. The pay will start at a certain price and depending on growth of buisness and the value you bring to the team you will be given a raise! Please serious inquires only and people with experience as I will be putting my own money to run these advertisements so I need someone who understands everything, can handle all the analytics and data and optimise on it.
