As a Tier3 Aesthetics Writer, you’ll be constructing copy, both long and short-form, for a number of different audiences. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team. Any changes suggested by our marketers should inspire you to dive deeper into the aesthetic patient’s mind and find their hot buttons. You should know how to strike a balance between quality and quantity - and ALWAYS conversions.

Aesthetics Writer Responsibilities:
- Conducting research before and during the writing process.
- Preparing material for campaigns.
- Conducting thorough fact-checks before submitting any work.
- Ensuring the logical and EMOTIONAL flow of all writing produced.
- Attending feedback sessions and making revisions suggested by the client or teammates.
- Attending training sessions (usually online) and workshops as required.

Additional Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience writing for marketing purposes, publications, or client projects
- Evidence of writing experience (links to published work would be amazing)
- Critical reading and thinking skills
- An interest in current events and a general thirst for knowledge
- Open mind and ability to accept constructive feedback
- Basic computer skills (even if you say you hate them)
- A growth mindset
- An understanding of basic human needs (very, very helpful)

Must be able to work 9-5 EST.
