Data Specialist (Lead Generation and Data Enrichment)

Woflow is a technology startup, creating products and solutions to support the high-growth on-demand economy. Our product is an end-to-end platform that allows our customers to request merchant data (think structured menu data, images, store information) and is the world’s first Merchant Data Platform.

Our customers include food delivery companies, online ordering platforms and eCommerce marketplaces. We provide the data infrastructure to help these companies scale and grow.

We’re looking for a Data Specialist to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts. Our Data Specialist team is the pulse of Woflow, ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools for multiple lines of business (LOB’s). A Data Specialist handles all aspects of the data structuring and standardization process for clients.

A strong Data Specialist has superb time management skills and can multi-task with ease, all while communicating effectively with their peers and team leaders. They are obsessively focused on the details, and have an eye for spotting (and fixing) their mistakes before anyone else does -- also a natural problem solver, they will stop at nothing to get the job done right.

We are specifically looking to hire a Data Specialist for our Data Enrichment team, which helps provide enriched data and generated leads for specific datasets.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met, on time and accurately
Use Woflow’s proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasks
Attend daily/weekly/monthly Quality and Development meetings (as invited) and keep up to date with all learning/training materials for all relevant LOB’s
Communicate reliably and effectively with all tea ---------- mbers (peers, team leaders, managers, etc.) via proper channels
Identify key problems or issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they arise

You Are:
6+ months doing similar work in data entry or data processing -- experience within a BPO is a strong plus, as well as previous lead generation or data enrichment experience
English language: native or bilingual proficiency (bonus languages are a plus!)
You're obsessively organized and detail-oriented
You're curious and driven. You'll find the answer if you don't know it
