Color Separator

Experienced as a screen print color separator. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator programs for outputting separations. The ability to efficiently and accurately color separate designs that will be screen printed onto various products in both plastisol and water-base/discharge inks. Ability to communicate any required changes to production/management that are not indicated on work order and may fall outside the scope of our daily routine. Vector Illustrator Files handling: Taking original vector files as designed by the artist, breaking the special effects/blends into solid, printable art that will be able to be properly separated and printed. Re-sizing the art to match size indicated on work order. Assigning print sequence positioning in the layers, stacked order, changing any process color art to spot colors, re-naming each color indicating to production the print sequence intended and the Pantone color they should use for that screen.
