About the role

You will be joining a fast growing company in the financial services industry.

We are currently looking for superstar administrative staff to help manage and process information requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on outstanding information and supporting documents.
• Save documentation into client folders and update client status
• Highly efficient Inbox and workflow management
• Financial document assessment
• Checking returned signed documentation, ensuring compliance with policy and requesting missing information
• Preparation of files
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with set internal and
external service standards and targets
• Supporting the wider team
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization & deadline focused mindset
• Preparing reports on excel
• Liaising with Financial Firms
• Updating CRM database
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems, managing document control.


What we're looking for:

• Excellent English
• Passionate candidates
• Administration experience in financial services (minimum 4 years)
• Customer service
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Confident liaising with customers
