About The Role
Leading JomoTeamfor Influencer and Media management to continually enhance and grow the brand image. Building key relationships with influencers and media to increase brand awareness and advocacy.
Responsibilities
• Creating and implementing a long-term strategy that supports business objectives and embodies the updated brand attributes.
• Working in partnership with the Social and Media leadership to create appropriate tactical executions that support brand and campaign efforts.
• Developing proactive and reactive brand messaging for media.
• Creating strong media and influencers lists for both earned and paid opportunities.
• Manages relationships/communications with external agencies, as well as develops media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
• Manages consulting and freelance staff as needed to support initiatives.
• Stays in-the-know on industry best practices across influencer, media and social.
• Manages the annual and ongoing influencer budget for EU.
• Identifies and creates a POV for any brand risk scenarios that arise and liaises with leadership on best approach to manage.
• Leads any/all tech tools for media and influencer relationship management and monitoring.
• Provides monthly and campaign reporting on teams’ initiatives.
• Advises internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field
• This role requires constant communication, thus, strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• A Brand Communications Manager should also be knowledgeable in marketing and public relations.
• Must be highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, and possess good time management skills.
• Able to multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics
