Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
-In charge of marketing material, direction and responsible for setting and meeting goals
-Creation of content for socials and email campaign (graphics and captions)
-Planning social media calendar and email sequence
-Posting on fb/ig posts and stories
-Strategic planning for social media marketing
-Engagement with community
-Customer support (answering queries across all touchpoints)
-Google ads & click funnels
-Ads Management (FB ads, Google ads)
-Organising and managing shoots for new collection release
-Working closely with online biz manager, design team and retail team and of course, me
-Analysing ads, social media content
-Suggesting and implementing strategies to achieve the goals
-Making sure that the goal is met
-Newsletter marketing (graphics and content)
-Liaison with other companies/individuals for events
-Adhoc research and administrative tasks


Requirements :
-Min 6-month commitment
-Must be fluent in English
-Proficient in editing programs like Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Spark, and Microsoft Office
-Strong marketing skills
-Knowledge of how to grow social media analytics
-Experience in social media management is an added BONUS
-Experience in creating and running Ads.
-Experience in FB, IG & Google Analytics
-Good eye for detail as well as a keen interest in plus size fashion trend styles
-Highly organized and able to multitask,
-Able to take initiative, meticulous, good follow-through, good time management
-Accountable for the tasks assigned to you and takes responsibility and ownership in your work
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
-Must be willing to learn and improve
-Preferably a Plus-sized (but not required)

I am looking for an experienced social media marketing manager who is CREATIVE, FAST and HAS INITIATIVE.
