JOB OVERVIEW

We are a leading workflow automation and digital marketing company offering solutions to small to mid size companies across USA and Canada. Our fast-growing Team with over 100 clients (and counting) is looking for skilled and motivated Recruiter, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition agents, just like you, to assist us in building and retaining ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Provides end to end recruitment
Creating Job Descriptions and posting on various job boards
Recruits for Open Positions in the Company
Coordinates interviews with the CEO and the team
Manages emails between applicants
Ensures all hired applicants have complete set of requirements
Manages new hires company credentials
Ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed to high standards with maximum efficiency
Coordinate and implement lead generation and marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and utilizing our CRM
Additional duties may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications Needed:
2+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced level skills including Google G Suite
Position is for graveyard shift (US Timezone). Experience working in the graveyard shift is preferred
Good Internet connection with backup
Good working device with backup

Job
For full time positions: 9.00 to 6.00 pacific time (USA)
Paid leaves
13th Month Pay
Paid medical insurance
Commissions and bonus
