This opportunity will be fast-paced and will include filtering applications, arranging telephone interviews, reminding candidates of interview dates and times, university outreach and other administrative tasks and collaborative projects with other departments.
MAIN ASSIGNMENT:

Maintaining administrative systems
Provide coordination support to all members of the whole team
Update and maintain logs of enquiries received and responses given using candidate relationship software;
Putting job roles onto the different platforms

Qualifications:
Any previous experience in HR or related administrative work OR A degree in Communications, Business administration, or social
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work and engage with people from a range of backgrounds and with varied personal experiences. Able to express ideas clearly, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
- Good writing skills, with an ability to adjust tone and content appropriately for different documents and work within brand and tone of voice guidelines
- Ability to think creatively with a ‘forward-thinking’ mindset, offering new ideas, concepts and solutions.
- Strong personal integrity and accountability, being able to set and meet personal deadlines and keep promises to colleagues
Desirable Skills:
- Top notch IT skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of the issues facing marginalised youth in accessing job markets, and of development and social issues regarding BAME
