Fast-growing start-up in Canada wants YOU to be their Social Media Specialist

We are searching for an experienced social media specialist looking to grow with our exciting start-up, wrksourcing. We are looking for individuals who truly understand social media strategy and the digital marketing landscape to work directly with our ---------- TAILED DESCRIPTION: Your daily requirements would include:

* Work directly with a variety of our clients and virtual support them with their digital marketing and social media needs
* Lead strategic consultation with wrksourcing clients that require advice on digital marketing and social media direction
* Lead execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns of wrksourcing clients (must be qualified and willing to be hands-on)
* Act as a resource internally to wrksourcing VAs and freelancers in the digital marketing space
* Ensure clients are happy and understand their digital marketing and social media strategies with a focus on growing their business and adding as much value as possible


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: This individual needs 5+ years in social media strategy and execution and digital marketing strategy. You would need to have a creative eye as well and be proficient in graphic design (Canva is acceptable). You must be exceptional writer to be able to plan and execute social media campaigns and communicate effectively with clients.

We’re looking for someone that has the experience working with all social media and most digital marketing tools to be successful in this role. We will also need you to be familiar with communication tools (Slack, What’sApp, etc.) and project management platforms ( ---------- , Trello, Asana, etc.).

Ideally, you have experience in an advertising/marketing agency or working directly for a brand in a senior or leadership capacity.

WORK SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS: This is a part-time contract position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Ideally, we will need you available close to 20 hours a week to start.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday. Time of day will be determined by our clients, however, most are in EST, so we will need you to align with this time zone.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.


SALARY: $800/month for part-time work (20-hours a week) with option for additional hours should our clients ---------- REER POTENTIAL: We are growing very quickly, therefore we are looking for this social media and digital marketing specialist to grow with our team. You will work directly with the CEO and Client Success Manager and have the opportunity to grow your own marketing team in the future.
