JOB OVERVIEW

Gelatissimo, Australia's largest gelato chain, is looking for a full-time tech savvy customer service and marketing assistant for our wholesale division. We’re a small fun team based in Sydney (9am-5pm AEST) and you’ll immediately feel part of our family.

Key responsibilities include:
• Phone and email customer support (first point of contact to resolve any issues)
• Daily outbound calls to obtain existing customer orders
• Sales order data entry
• Communication with operations and third-party providers to resolve transport issues
• Marketing support (e.g. email newsletters etc)
• Social media campaign admin (executing Facebook and Instagram campaigns)
• CRM system administration (HubSpot)
• Ad-hoc virtual assistant support

Essential requirements:
• Strong and confident communicator with fluent verbal and written English
• High-speed and stable internet connection (100Mbps+)

Ideal requirements:
• 3+ years sales and customer service experience in a consumer products company (ideally B2B)
• Tech savvy
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. email templates, chat bots, automation)
• Experience with Facebook ad manager
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree
