Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

You will be required to call motivated sellers for off-market real estate deals and build rapport with them. You will ask them several questions about their property, run comps, estimate repairs and then provide cash offers over the phone. The goal is to get the deal closed via telephone and send them over a contract for e-sign. Once the contract is signed you will receive an additional $100 and if the deal closes, you will receive an additional $400. This is a part-time job, so it's starting with 20 hours per week, but may expand into a full-time position based on your skill level, learning capability, and willingness to get contracts signed by motivated sellers.
