VIP Customer Care Operator

Job Description?
Aim to increased total recharge amount, we need to establish a new user expansion team in Philippine which responsible to hunt for more valuable recharge users from other social media platform, for example instagram, FB, other livestream apps or dating apps.
 
Requirements:
*Must be Female
1.       Build and operate the account on other related social media platform, and promote user growth by operating social content and private domain traffic. The main channels include instagram, FB, other live broadcast applications or dating applications and other local mainstream social media channels.
2.       Responsible for the material collection, content planning, and copywriting of the daily published content; provide ideas in online activities which requires to increase the activity and users viscosity of the content.
3.       Responsible for the quality of daily operations, keep abreast of internal and external information trends, and continuously improve operational effects and efficiency
 
Qualifications and skills required
1.       English can be used as a working language;
2.       Have relevant social media platform operation experience or work experience related to competing products, strong understanding of content and familiar with the culture in Europe, America, MENA and other regions is preferred;
3.       Good-looking, high emotional intelligence, cheerful personality, excellent communication skills, and good learning ability, can accept work overtime, strong ability to withstand stress;
4.       Strong affinity, good at maintaining customer relationships, accurately refining customer needs, and good at guiding users to pay;
5.       Talented or streamer experience is preferred, and self-contained related customer resources are preferred.
