As a Customer Success and Operations Executive, you will be the face of the brand. Accelerate your career growth by managing day-to-day operations, and leading innovative projects. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to support operational changes and the launch of new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Build longer term customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
2. Inform and influence our overall growth strategy
3. Managed day-to-day operational initiatives
4. Identify and report issues with the customer experience
5. Understand business needs and coordinate well across a cross-functional team
Qualifications:
1. Be creative in problem-solving and proficient in communication
2. Keen to learn about entrepreneurship and business operations skills
3. Driven to take on leadership roles
4. Good command of the English language
