Affiliate Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate applications, deployment of creative assets, etc.
• Work closely with the Affiliate/Merchandising Manager to maximize the effectiveness of each program
• Work closely with the Affiliate/Merchandising Manager to identify prospective affiliates and recruit them via email and phone
• Draft affiliate communications and newsletters
• List building, application approving, and banners
• Create dashboards to analyze program performance and generate client reports
• Respond to affiliates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers for affiliates
• Monitor affiliates’ marketing methods to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program's terms and conditions

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-5 years affiliate marketing experience
• 1-2 years of online marketing, e-commerce experience preferred
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) a plus
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Ability to cold call and reach out to new partners in US market
