We are looking for a heart centred client facing Affiliate Marketing Account Manager who will manage the day-to-day development of our clients’ affiliate programmes. The role requires the ability to develop strong client relationships and drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth, whilst maintaining outstanding levels of client satisfaction.

As a core responsibility the role will include the management, engagement and growth for these clients, to ensure successful campaign executions for all clients

+++ Duties & Responsibilities +++

- Working alongside an experienced team lead, you will be proactively managing a portfolio of client affiliate programmes, - ensuring on-going performance to target metrics.
- Recruiting new affiliates and manage / build relationships with existing affiliates.
- Growing client’s programs to include new tactics, offers, recruitment strategies.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships at all relevant levels, creating a highly engaged tribe of clients who love our products
- Developing a detailed understanding of our product offers, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of opportunities to the client.
- Play an ongoing role in adding value to your clients
- Deliver first class client service.
- Monitor performance of the program to ensure KPIs are met.
- Provide client with platform training
- Coordinate sales validation process monthly

+++ Skills & Experience +++
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably including affiliate, network or MLM marketing knowledge.
- MUST HAVE Post Affiliate Pro experience
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal (English) communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience, comfortable presenting detailed plans/ideas to groups via zoom and creating engaging campaigns
- Excellent track record of delivering ROI and client revenue for multiple clients
- Excellent client management skills
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and follow through in a fast-paced environment
- Reporting

+++ Benefits & Culture +++
- 40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday
- Expected hours between 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Philippine Time
- Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate)
- Your salary will be paid bi-monthly and sent directly to your bank account
- PH Legal holidays will be observed
