Pierre T. Lambert is a photographer entrepreneur with YouTube channels, paid courses, e-products, and a podcast. He travels a lot and constantly works on exciting new projects like launching new products, hosting world-class guests on the podcast, preparing new trips, and collaborations.
He is looking for an open-minded and growth-seeking person to help with several parts of the business. Here are some responsibilities that you will be helping with:
• Researching podcast guests background
• Reaching out & scheduling podcast guests
• Reviewing audio transcripts in English
• Creating blog posts on a WordPress site
• Preparing
• Helping with various research for things like trips & projects.
• Provide e-commerce customer service as the first point of contact
• Prepare presentations
• Organize communication via
• Organize meetings, travels, and accommodations
• Improve internal processes and organization
Requirements for the position:
• 2+ years experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
• Significant experience with cloud services, Zoom, WordPress, Shopify, ClickUp, Trello.
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar & Calendly
• Strong phone,
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English
• Bonus if you can speak & write French proficiently
