Executive Virtual Assistant – Admin I


Job brief
We are Real Estate Consulting company located in the US looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom or Google meet.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Also be available to work during US Eastern standard times working hours.

Virtual Assistant Responsibilites

Answer telephone for incoming calls from clients, potential clients or any other pertinent miscellaneous calls
Respond to emails from clients, or potential clients,
and do follow ups with Lorillia Brown-Phillips
Schedule appointments for “Getting to know you Sessions” with potential clients through either email or telephone
Follow up on faxes
Send out follow up emails for potential clients who did not get started.
Make sure New clients receive their welcome gifts with no hassle and be prepared to follow up with a phone call or email
Coordinate emails and phone calls with Consulting clients
Look for potential Podcast speaking engagements for Lorillia
Coordinate with speaker organizer for speaking package and coordinate travel arrangements.
Virtual assistant must schedule all my appointments on Google Calendar
Be available for Online Daily Huddle during US Eastern standard time working hours
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets Google docs
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Experience with Monday for Project managment
Experience with email marketing Aweber & Active campaign
Experience with using Clickfunnels is a plus
Experience with Facebook manager is a plus
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
