web and lead page designer

I am looking for a really creative and tech savvy designer who can get the job done and create appealing lead pages and simplify my websites. I need seo and sem added as well. Must have strong communication skills, strong tech and creative background or be able to reproduce examples of what I want to fit my business. I will have needed to be complete weekly.
