Senior Web Developer

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our team to build, update and maintain Shopify & WordPress sites, as well as support other applications and integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop their technical skills in a fast paced environment.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends (softwares and strategies used in digital marketing) and possess mastery of WordPress and Shopify website development. experience with responsive and adaptive design is required as well as a deep understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Program custom wordpress websites (with clean code and user friendly CMS UI/UX – and utilizing Advanced Custom Fields and Flex layouts) using designer supplied artwork and content strategy docs with a focus on mobile first designs. We prefer to build websites using some sort of framework (Bootstrap, Foundation Zurb), and with a blank developer theme (example: ---------- )

• Implement digital marketing campaigns for landing pages (click funnels), email nurture sequences (zapier, klayivo, activecampaign, GoHighLevel. etc), integrate forms (WuFoo), booking calendars (Calendly, Acuity) and more

• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of projects in various phases and service areas

• Perform Q/A and testing to ensure final output is top notch

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery
• Atleast 3 years experience building custom WordPress websites from scratch using designer provided files
• Atleast 2 years experience working with Shopify themes
• Experience creating custom themes using a simple bootstrap foundation using Advanced Custom Fields and Flex layouts
• Knowledgeable in designing and developing responsive websites with mobile first designs using the latest trends
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working WordPress themes
• Experience with and understanding of how to integrate marketing features in platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Zapier, Wufoo, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.
