This is All For My Credit Repair Company. I just started a new credit repair business and I am looking for someone that knows how to bring in credit repair clients, you will be paid $400 monthly as a start as a level 1 Executive Assistant, and once you pass your probation period (2 months), and your preformance is well, you will be upgraded to a level 2 Executive Assistant and will have a increase in pay and will be able to upgrade your position in the company if you choose to. You will need to have a good and clear speaking voice to answer my phone calls and also handle appointments in some cases. You will contact my existing appointments an hour before the scheduled time to ensure that the given time is still convenient for the customer. You will also be responsible for meeting with clients every 45 days for a review of their credit file so that they can discuss what items have been deleted from their credit report, as well as the next step that needs to be taken; and will also be responsible for credit-building coaching. In some cases, the executive assistant will be required to perform credit repair audits and is required to learn the CRM system for credit repair(Credit Repair Cloud). We are paying $400 per month and 1.00 per call for all calls over 5 minutes that are successful upbeat calls that lead to customer satisfaction. You will also be paid commission ON TOP of your $400 salary that will fluctuate based on preformance. We are looking for someone to be dedicated to the company. The Call volume will be slow at first because we are relaunching on relaunch day and days beyond we will be extremely busy fast based and need a go-getter attitude. We are looking for someone who understands and knows Telephone Etiquette and has a clear professional speaking voice as well. You would be speaking directly with our clientele and do not want to give the wrong impression. You will be trained in all aspects of the company.
