Video Editor

We are a well established eCommerce brand having multiple business domains. We are hiring for a Fulltime talented Video Editor professional and Story Creator to join our team.

Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing different forms of media artwork to be used for sales and marketing initiatives. Reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Create convincing execution of advertising materials and be able to communicate effectively in various media platforms
? Create original artwork using any of a wide variety of media and techniques – digital and traditional art.
? Manage material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce a final film or video product.
? Understand production team’s needs and specifications
? Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
? Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
? Consult with our team from production to post-production process

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in film editing or related degree is required
? Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
? Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
? Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project
? Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
? Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
? Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
? Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalized products
? Video editor must have created videos for at least 3 ecommerce brands, and have been designing videos for FB, IG and TikTok as well
? Basic requirement: Provide a 3 portfolio and experience with ecommerce brands
