Appointment Setter

We are currently seeking a combination of full-time and part-time (flexible), self-motivated, high-performing outbound call center professionals to join our Business Development Centre.
You will be responsible for assisting the Group with customer retention initiatives - being the first point of contact for John Hughes sales & service customers to secure vehicle service bookings, reminding customers of their existing bookings, as well as driving growth and market share through strong customer relationship campaigns to new clients.
As this role involves direct and frequent contact with our client base, you will maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism in line with the John Hughes brand, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of automotive customer service professionals within a bright and newly relocated office environment.
What you need to succeed:
• Prior experience working in a high-volume contact center achieving targets and KPIs
• A passion and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Proven sales capabilities with previous sales experience including objection handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
• Strong administration skills
• Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple applications at the same time
• IT skills including CRM systems and MS office
• Prior automotive experience is highly desirable but not essential
