Cold Caller with Sales Experience

We are looking for a part time cold caller that will turn into our full time cold caller (based on performance) to join our team with at least one year of real estate outbound sales experience.

MUST be FLUENT in speaking English with little to no accent.

You must be comfortable talking on the phone with multiple prospects a day and MUST work during US Pacific Standard Time.

You will be provided with a list of leads to pre-screen and identify individuals who want to sell their home.

Opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that gets closed.

- Passionate about selling
- Confident to start and hold a conversation
- Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
- Able to handle objections and rejections effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly

- At least 8GB RAM Laptop/Desktop Computer
- Stable wired Internet Connection at least 10mbps
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation
- Quiet Working Space
