Job Overview

---------- is a boutique coaching and consulting firm for high-level Conscious Entrepreneurs, Conscious Leaders, and Life Coaches. We are looking for a content writer for our blog. To be successful with us, you must have a keen interest in personal development. You must also have experience posting blog posts on WordPress. You are expected to be a good writer already, in addition to which we will provide you with plenty of world-class training and materials.

The candidates must also demonstrate a prior interest in the personal development niche because a keen interest in this field is critical to producing good content, staying passionate, and being part of our company culture. Will also provide additional training from ---------- to raise your skills and abilities to the next level. We will also provide access to Grammarly and conversion.ai to help you write easier, better, and ---------- itially, this is a part-time contractor position which turns into full-time employment depending on performance. If your content ends up being popular or viral, bringing in plenty of organic targeted traffic, we will switch you from a part-time contractor position to a more favorable full-time employment position.

Applicants are welcome from around the world, although at this point we are preferring to hire talent from the Philippines.

Responsibilities and Duties

Convert our pre-written books (see ---------- ) into blog posts on our WordPress blog. You do not need to re-write the text. Simply take each book and break it down appropriately into blog articles.
Write your own fresh content as blog posts using the training and formulas we provide you with. We have purchased world-class training from ---------- , which you will get access to. Please note, you must already be a good and experienced blog/article writer and demonstrate that to us in the interview process. Our training is not meant to help you get started from scratch; our training is to help you go from good to great.
Create short social media posts using the training and formulas we provide you with.
Create videos for our blog posts using the video wizard we give you and post to our YouTube channel (you don’t need to be a video editor to do this, our tool makes the videos automatically for you).
Qualifications

Proficient in written English, with great grammar
Experienced at writing blog articles.
Experience in posting on WordPress.
Experience with simple posting videos on YouTube.
A keen interest in personal development (if you don’t have a strong interest in this, then your content is unlikely to meet our standards).
Self-driven and self-motivated, good work ethic. You must be proactive and take initiative such as following up on things as need be, offering improvement ideas freely, have a history of taking on additional responsibility at previous jobs, finding solutions to complete your jobs better, and so on. You must have drive!
You must be able to communicate clearly and well in English, spoken and in writing.
