Award-Winning Real Estate Team Seeks Experienced ISA Members to follow up with Motivated Buyer and Seller Leads and convert them to appointments for Outside Sales Tea ---------- mbers

We are looking for ISA’s to follow-up with warm leads, set appointments and add notes in the CRM (CINC).

All Scripts and Training are provided! All Leads Supplied! ALL WARM CALLS!
Flexible work week and some evening and weekend hours are required

We are only interested in people who are comfortable talking on the phone (Fluent English), don’t get intimidated and can lead the conversations and improvise when the conversation goes outside the scripts.

We are looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers. We will train you and guide you through every step.
Spend your day Nurturing, Following Up On and Setting Up Appointments with QUALIFIED LEADS.

You Need Strong Communication and Telephone Skills; demonstrated ability to develop and sustain new and existing client base; strong skills in planning, organization and problem-solving.
Must be able to work Canadian hours PST.
