PCB Design and Firmware Programming

I am looking for somebody who can design and program a JOYSTICK INTERFACE BOARD which would be used to connect mechanical switches to FLIGHT SIMULATOR SOFTWARE like MSFS/X Plane 11

Engagement is project based, name your price and timeline. Payment will be staggered based on hitting project deliverables.

Materials and software will be provided, as necessary.

Prior work has been done which can be used as a reference
