Virtual Assistant Manager

Need an experienced VA manager with significant management and SEO experience.

Your job would be the following:

1. Recruit, hire and train VA to handle multiple SEO tasks
2. The tasks that the VAs would do include setting up websites so that they are properly optimized, have them order content and add it to websites, on-going monthly SEO work per my instructions.
3. You as the manager would prepare weekly reports of all work performed by the VAs, and keep detailed spreadsheets of all accounts created, logins, passwords etc.
4. Have a weekly meeting with me to discuss progress, and any changes that I need to be made.

The goal is for you to handle everything and report to me once per week with completed work done according to my specifications.

**Important: In order to apply, you must speak and write in English VERY well and be able to clearly communicate to the VA or VAs what needs to be done and hold them accountable for getting it done on time.

**You would be required to work 30 hours per week and take on some VA assignments yourself if the VAs aren't able to complete them.
