Coffee Mug Designer

Looking for someone that has experience designing coffee mugs. Must be good at choosing fonts/working with typography.

Looking for someone that is a self starter and can really take initiative and get things done with little input or direction.

Must be able to work at least part of the time between 9am-5pm PST while I am in the office and online. Must speak English fluently and be available on skype and email.

This is a full time gig, 40 hours a week. I'll send assignments daily or every other day, expecting the work to be done the following day.
