HR ASSISTANT
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
end to end process in recruitment
Filing 201 and Safe keep all employee files.
Timekeeping of attendance record.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Prepare memorandum.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Acts as the first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues.
Other task upon request from superior.
Represent and Process Permits and Licenses Application to different Gov’t Entities on specified time frame.
Coordinate relevant documents, clearances, licenses and approvals that may be required.
Making sure that all Permits and License Application are issued on time through constant monitoring and follow-ups

QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related.
2 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
