Summary
Our company is seeking a highly skilled developer with experience in both front-end and back-end development. Among other responsibilities, full-stack developers are responsible for developing the front end, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working closely with graphic designers on design features.
Full-stack developers will need to oversee a project from conception through to completion, which will require good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description
As the key developer of all technical aspects of our online presence, you will be creating the online face of Invite Japan, as well as the key elements for our browser-based games and team building ---------- velop, test, and maintain a robust, scalable, high-quality, and user-friendly interface for our online team building platform.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create fun and surprising user experiences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to build a dynamic and engaging web presence in support of B2B and B2C services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of all core technical platforms according to the most recent best practices.

Other responsibilities will vary by project, skill level, and prior experience.
Work remotely according to standard Japanese business practices and schedules.


Full Stack Developer Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience
- Experience with cloud services, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, VueJS, and Amber.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Capacity to work independently, solve problems and take corrective action.
- Ideally, some knowledge of visual design.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required
- Interest in Japanese language, culture, and history is highly desirable.
- A keen interest in games and puzzles of all kinds.

Welcome Qualification:
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, Javascript, CSS etc).
Familiarity with WordPress.
Aptitude to independently learn about new technologies and developments.
