We are searching for someone to help us in our sales and marketing to contact the Bricks users or potential customers and convert them.
You are not obliged to work at a specific time, but we will have a short daily meeting at 9h00 French time and a sprint planning once a week.
We are planning actions to do on a weekly basis using scrum / Agile board.
We collaborate on a daily basis using slack and Bricks itself as a tool to manage tasks.
On top of your monthly regular payment, You will have extra bonus as a percentage of each sales
We are searching for someone :
- With experience of sales and marketing in the context of a SaaS B2B startup
- Who has a good communication in English
- Who is available at least 100hours per month
- Who likes to test, iterate and learn new things

What you'll bring
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and enabling others to do the same
SaaS & SMB sales experience
- A great communicator and fluent in written and spoken English.
- An entrepreneurial mindset -- We’re an early-stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook, we want you to build it.
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

What you will do at Bricks:
- Assist the team with organizing leads, creating opportunities, creating sales scripts and closing deals
- Arrange sales meetings and appointments
- Researches to find new types of customers / Help target and segment our ideal customer
- Analyses the competition
- Contribute to our marketing landing page to make them convert more
- Collaborate with product team to reports the important features that user want
- Monitor the app signup, make some research and contact them
- Present demo meeting to explain the product to potential customers
- Be accountable for increasing our sales pipeline and new client acquisition
About the position:
- All work is virtual, fully remote work from home.
- Pay is monthly through Wise (Transferwise).
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
- Rate is up to $600 (Ph30,000) depending on your qualification and experience + percentage of the sales (15% - 30%)
