How You Will Add Value

Our team in the Philippines is constantly growing as we rapidly expand our private label brand portfolio. We are looking for a motivated internal recruiter with exceptional interviewing and screening skills to help us optimize and manage our hiring pipeline. We want to have a robust hiring pipeline so that we can ensure we are finding the best candidates for our open positions. The internal recruiter will report directly to our HR manager and ensure that we constantly have a strong pipeline of candidates being screened and sent to department leads for second-round interviews.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust hiring pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting tests, and running first-round video interviews
• Creating, implementing, and reviewing aptitude tests for candidates
• Conducting and screening candidates in first-round interviews
• Recording review feedback notes for successful first-round interviews
• Providing department leads with vetted and qualified applicants for second-round interviews
• Ownership of the VA hiring pipeline process from JD post to second interview for department leads
• Assist with onboarding of new employees

Job requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, giving attention to detail with minimal supervision
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or E-Commerce would be advantageous
• Must be available for meetings/other 7-11 am CST
• A modern personal computer
• 3-5mbps internet speed
• Dedicated workspace in-home or a quiet area
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Pay: Php200.00 - Php300.00 per hour
