Social Media Manager

The Lincoln Select Real Estate Group is looking for a social media manager in our Marketing Department that will help bring our real estate social media channels to life by showcasing content to our followers!

When Lincoln Select Real Estate Group has a new listing we love to share it with our Lincoln Nebraska neighbors! The Social Media Manager will be designing, scheduling, and driving engagement on all our Lincoln Select Real Estate Group social media platforms! Success in your role is defined by your ability to accurately follow our branding guidelines, own and manage our content calendar, and grow these platforms!

The most important characteristic of our marketing team is that we <3 our neighbors. Lincoln Select Real Estate Group is a place where you can work to do more, better through marketing real estate.

You're good at:
Own & Manage a content ---------- ing Canva to create graphics
Schedule/Publish content to Facebook, Instagram, GMB, YouTube, & Blog.
Reporting weekly Insights.
Working 40 hours a week
Checking in Daily
Video chatting once a week
Tracking your time
Asking for help when stuck

Qualifications:
2 years of social media management & strategy
Strong written and oral communication skills
Emoji Ninja
Time management skills
Deadline Driven
Strong attention to detail

Up to date on social media trends
Must be able to understand and incorporate brand tone of voice

Payment Terms:
Weekly
This is a contract position and is not eligible for benefits.
$5/hr - pay dependent on experience.
