Telemarketer / VA

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Other incentives! $$$

We're looking for two telemarketers for an air-conditioning company (US).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Call prospective customers by operating dialling systems, and other telecommunications ---------- fluence customers to buy the company products and follow a prepared sales script to provide excellent ---------- plete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on a daily basis.
Maintain privacy and discretion at all times. Due to the nature of the products, it is important that all company and customer related information is kept secure.

Qualification and Skills:
With minimum 2 years BPO experience
Great communication and presentation skills
Tech Savvy
Knowledge in MS Office especially Microsoft excel and Google sheets
Has an upbeat personality
Familiar and willing to work following PST (Pacific Standard Time)

Work Remotely: Yes
Working Hours: 40 hours a week
Workdays: Mondays to Fridays
