We Are Seeking Energetic and motivated conversationalists with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently prospect and message our ideal clients with a provided script

Required Task May Include
- Reach out to a minimum of 250 prospects Via Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin DMs
- Welcome New members, encouraging existing members and showing the value of the community.
- Facilitating the resolution of customer support issues and providing links to relevant content.
- Building relationships on our forums, in social media, and engaging our customers wherever they are.


Results (Expected Accomplishments)
- Prospect and message 250 new contacts per day (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Monitor and participate in the community forums (like Facebook Groups, our paid community, etc) on a daily basis.
- Ensure that members adhere to the community guidelines and that the tone of the boards in your area is friendly and - - encouraging and escalate to moderation as needed.
- Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- Fluent in English (Must be able to write and communicate in English)
- Comfortable setting appointments
- Must be coachable (we provide training)
- When asked in the application for your age put 24
- Understanding of the customer support process
- Excellent at problem-solving
- Excellent instincts and ability to interface with users and tea ---------- mbers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customers' needs.
- Enthusiastic about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude.
