Quality Excellence Senior Manager

Good understanding and knowledge on quality methodology,
project management, and back end operations
· Background in supporting insurance vertical
Education Requirements
• Graduate in any stream
• Green Belt/Black Belt certified
• Exposure to quality systems (ISO, COPC, etc) preferred
Work Experience Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of total work experience with at least 5 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry
• Minimum 5 year in the current role/assignment
