Pilates Can Pty Ltd and our marketing arm “Pilates Business” are aiming for big growth over the next couple of years, via new projects in national and international markets, starting with our local market here in Australia. Work from home with our fun, fast-growing and flexible wellness business team in Australia.

You can start with as little as an initial 5-10 hours per week and build that to a full-time load.

An excellent level of English language conversation and writing skills are essential.

You will also need to be able to:
1. thoroughly understand the inbound sales process,
2. be passionate about that process and
3. have the capacity to deliver the sales results for our clients, our business, and your guaranteed base pay and commissions.

You can earn up to USD $8 Per hour indicative pay, inclusive of generous “on target sales commissions” and our guaranteed “base rate” of 4 USD$ / Hour

Our guaranteed base rate of USD $4 Per hour -is applicable throughout your time with our company.

Achievable “on target sales commissions” USD $4 per hour after 6 months of on-job training. On target commission in the first 6 months = ---------- D$2 per hour with an approx. additional USD$2 per hour after the first six months. Add the guaranteed USD$4 base = total possible with “on target sales” pay of USD $8 per ---------- D $8 Per hour indicative pay, inclusive of “on-target sales commissions” and “base rate”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive initial leads/inquiries from Sales Manager/Director
• Follow-up new inquiries to initial purchase, asking questions to recommend appropriate service/pricing options
• Upsell new and existing Pilates Can/Pilates Business clients
• Track Sales Funnel – Leads/Sales/Upsells
• Collect referrals from existing clients and follow-up for sale
• Assist clients to write reviews & testimonials
• Coordinate solutions for high-value client objections and complaints
• Produce Sales Figures Tracking Reports
• Draft Quotes / Proposals as required
• Draft and document Sales Processes and Sales SOP’s

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 - 3 years work experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
• Strong customer service skills to effectively relate daily with clients
• Ability to sell services to clients on the phone and close deals without having to meet them physically
• Strong self-confidence and drive to improve meeting sales goals
• Effective communication skills to be able to retain and pass product and service information to clients, and develop strong relationships with Australian-based clients from diverse backgrounds, with different needs and expectations.
• Strong follow up skills to improve lead conversion
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Possess strong administrative, data entry, and computer skills
• Knowledge of Pilates and the Pilates industry a bonus

The successful candidate will start on our guaranteed hourly rate and will receive initial and ongoing training from our sales manager. Generous commissions will be paid for sales achieved. The performance will be reviewed regularly. We are aiming for a very long-term relationship with the right candidate.
