Ecom Business Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to manage our Customer Service Team, Logistics (3PL transition, Amazon, and more), Course Curation, and Special Events.

We are a marketing educational platform where we teach entrepreneurs how to successfully create marketing campaigns. Our Operations Manager needs to be able to manage:

Logistics - we have several physical products that we ship and our operations coordinator needs to be able to manage the logistics team and assure all orders are going out in a timely manner, manage the relationship with our 3PL partners as we make the transition, and explore any revenue-generating activities to increase sales such as Amazon, Walmart marketplace etc.

Course Curation - We host all our courses on Kajabi and our operations coordinator needs to be able to manage the entire community from beginning to end. They will work with the CEO to get all courses up and going, manage the guest coaches, create any worksheets, and assure the community is up to date.

Customer Service Team - The operations coordinator is responsible for making sure the CS tea ---------- ets all metrics, assures that they are aware of all marketing items being released.

Special Events - The operations coordinator needs to project manage all special events and assure that they are completed with excellence.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assuring all things in the Operations department run smoothly.
