Super Star VA

I am looking for someone super organised & detail orientated who loves completing tasks & being on top of all the admin/social media tasks.

This is a full-time position, you must be available to work 40 hours per week as you will be answering our live chat

SUPERIOR ENGLISH WRITTEN SKILLS ARE A MUST - you must be able to easily & fluently write in english.

I need a VA that wants to be a part of an inspiring business that provides safe makeup for women all over the world. You would become an integral part of our growth & serving our community by helping to manage our customer service & social media tasks within our business.

I am looking for a long term VA who will become my wing-woman.

- creating & scheduling social media content
- social media engagement
- inbox management
- customer support via email, facebook & instagram DM’s
- customer relation management
- blog research & writing
- basic admin tasks
- helping to manage Shopify website
- lots of graphic's creation in canva
- manning live chat


You MUST:

- love being organised & detail orientated
- love organising, recording & filing things away
- love dealing with customers & ensuring their happiness
- able to work un-directed, in a timely manner
- write english like a native speaker


Skills you NEED:

- fantastic written english ability
- a flair for sales copy is an advantage
- enjoy writing & researching for content creation
- ability to use Canva
- experience using Shopify
- experience with Klaviyo
- social media management
- great customer rapport
- video editing
- experience with dropbox & trello boards

I need someone who is an open communicator & dedicated to their work. Who can complete work competently & quickly.
