[Hiring ASAP] 2 Experienced Appointment Setters

We are currently looking to hire 2 full-time experienced appointment setters to set appointments for our agency ASAP! (Trainings, SOP's and scripts all provided) ????

We're looking to hire ASAP! We will be holding interviews within the next 3-5 days. Job listing won't be up for long.



What you'll do:

- **Lead sourcing/Prospecting** - Find Ecommerce Brands (Brand Owners/Founders/Co-Founders or CEOs) on various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

- **Writing Personalised First and Second Lines** - Dive deep into how the business started, the Founders story and create a unique touch to the email

- **Uploading Contacts To Lemlist** - Once collected/sourced leads and written out personalised first lines you will upload the contacts to Lemlist, ready to send out with our proven cold email thatgetss a 2-4% meeting book rate

- **Replying To Prospects and Booking in Meetings** - The main aim and final step is to book in meetings with potential clients using our contingency email templates ready for you to copy, paste and send off.

- You'll be expected to book in 5-10 calls per month



(For every single step of our appointment setting process we have very very in-depth plug and play trainings with video walkthroughs, checklists, SOP's and proven email templates ready for you to use and book in meetings)



Requirements:



? Must have 6/8-hours /day available to do appointment setting



? Must be able to commit full-time



? Must be a motivated and fast learner



???You need to be comfortable speaking in front of your computer camera & communicating via email with clients.



???Be driven, sharp, and represent our agency well



???Speak fluent English



???Have a basic understanding of digital marketing and the e-commerce business world



???Have a quiet home office and a stable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 5 Mbps



Payment Structure:

You will be paid on commission basis for each client signed by us and if you were the one who set appointment then you will be paid 20% of the payment for the first month.

The more meetings you set that get closed, the more money you make!

Our average retainer is anywhere from $2000-$4000 per month



The Appointment Setter who joins our team will be an end to end appointment setter with all the necessary trainings provided to make your job as easy as possible ????
