Microsoft IT Technical Trainer (MCT)

The Role
We have an exciting requirement for suitably qualified and experienced IT Technical Trainers to present courses based on the Microsoft suite of technologies. Ideally, you need to be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or have all/most prerequisites to become an MCT. Who We Are and What We Do
We are one of Australia's foremost vendor certified training providers specialising in upskilling the corporate IT sector nationwide. We do not train students. We only train and upskill IT staff in organisations (both govt and private). Microsoft Certified Training courses is a large proportion of our classes. We are Silver partners with Microsoft and utilise MS manuals and training materials in our classes.

Specific Requirement of the Role
This role is for a trainer to present the above IT courses to Australian audiences via virtual classroom. Our classes are run during the business week (Mon - Fri) between the hours of 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

We coordinate all class aspects - attendees, manuals, labs, evaluations, etc. You are in charge of conducting the training as per specified MS ---------- sential Requirements (do NOT apply if you do not meet these criteria)
- Impeccable command of the English language both, oral and written.
- In-depth technology knowledge relevant to what is being taught - in addition, hands-on experience will be highly desirable. Your expertise may be in courses in any one or more of the following areas:
? Infrastructure (on-premise and/or Azure Cloud)
? Databases (mainly SQL)
? Development (eg .NET languages, Python, HTML, etc)
? Power platform environment
? Cyber-Security
? Plus others

- The ability to and experience in, conducting training to live audiences in English.
- Good presentation skills, including ensuring your audience is engaged, you are meeting their technology knowledge needs and you are obtaining satisfactory feedback from attendee evaluation.
- An MCT status or possessing prerequisites for one will be highly desirable.
- The desire to learn new technologies will be highly advantageous.

Other Term and Conditions
- This is a sessional/part-time requirement. Our MS courses are 5days or less. We hire you (with plenty of notice) only as needed for our forward class schedule.
- The payment rate is negotiable depending on your skill-set/expertise, experience, types of technology you cover, and presentation & attendee engagement ability. Our rates are one of the highest in the market today.
- Until further notice ALL our classes are virtual (via the MS Teams platform).
- You will be required to have a robust Internet connection, suitable environment to present from, audio/video capability and (preferably) two screens.
- All our classes (unless otherwise noted) run during business hours (8.30 AM to 5.00 PM) AEST. Please ensure you are able to work during these hours.
