RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS

UK based major recruitment brand looking for a number of RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS to be based in remote.

Salary:
Starting 1000USD+ per month basic (paid directly to your bank account) + Commissions + Bonus

What we're looking for:
Ideally an experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building skills with the ability and drive to develop new business or if you have a strong B2B sales background. You can also join as a Recruitment Associate initially with training and promotion to a Consultant on passing probation.

Ideal Candidate MUST Have:
• 5+ years of experience working for UK/ European/ US company as a recruitment consultant

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
• B2B sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing business
• Placing candidates into various roles
• Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
• Client and candidate relationship building
• Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
• Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
• You will be working within an experienced, collaborative team and region
• Teams Client meetings
