Website & Social Media Expert

I’m a marketing consultant looking for some help with my clients. There’s a lot of work to be done, and only so many hours in the day. You can work on your own schedule, help me grow my business, and use your creativity to do so. Most of the work I do involves either websites or social media.

You’ll be working directly with me, and for now, we’re a small team of 5 people.

I need someone who can create an attractive website, from scratch. Or improve an existing one – both visually and functionally. I also need someone who understands Search Engine Optimization and can work with established, white-hat tactics to help clients see results.

On the social media side, I need someone who understands Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. Not just in the way of using it, but helping clients to be sure that posts are seen, and are engaging. Ideally, you have some experience with Facebook Ads, too.

The ideal person will be able to:
-read and write excellent English
-install, configure, and optimize WordPress
-Work with common WordPress plugins related to SEO (Yoast)
-Use Google Analytics and other Google tools to improve websites and identify search terms that are relevant to the client
-Work within our marketing management tool (Agency Analytics)
-Hold to deadlines and track hours expended, per client
-Create compelling graphics that make people take notice

Any additional skills you bring with you are a bonus, as we’ll likely find ways to incorporate your skillset!

Are you the person we’re looking for?

We only have a few requirements for your work, which can be done at any time, and we’ll pay you $475 a month for full-time, 40 hour/week work. Additionally, after the first year, you can earn paid time off.

Qualified candidates will be asked to pass a short test indicating their competency in several areas. After a paid 1-week trial period candidate will be evaluated and kept or fired. The trial period will be paid $100. After the trial period, we will pay $237.5 on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. After 90 days we will evaluate the employee and will award higher pay if our expectations are exceeded.

Payments will be made by PayPal. We will pay all reasonable PayPal fees.
