Real Estate Cold Caller

First, EXCELLENT English is a MUST. If you do not speak good English, do not apply!

You will be on the phone majority of the time with this position cold calling sellers.

Previous successful phone experience is a MUST!

Updating Podio leads (Podio experience preferred)

Scraping Zillow, craigslist, and back page for leads

Creating training videos for additional (SOP – Standard operating procedure)

Having weekly skype call to go over your work

Have experience with Mojo Dialer and Call Rails is a MUST (TOOLS WE USE- CALLTOOLS AND PODIO)

Minimum requirements:

1. MUST own personal computer with good and reliable internet access (faster the better)
2. Be able to work from a quiet place without interruptions or excessive background noise of any kind
3. Be able to work the night shift (9:30 PM to 6 AM) Philippian time. Monday through Friday US time (20 hours per week, 4 weeks per month) time off and holidays can be discussed further in the interview process
4. Own a personal smartphone
5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision
6. Willing to install work monitoring software to ensure quality of work and proper performance

BONUSES are paid after closing on the deal and can range from $25-150 USD depending on the type and size of deal.
