Experienced React/Angular/Ruby Full Stack Web Developer For Web Build & Potential Ongoing Work

Hi all,
I'm looking for an experienced and talented web developer to help me build a completely new website for my guitar learning platform. I already have a graphic designer working on the layout, so you'll need to be able to take this vision and build it using angular/react or ruby on rails from the ground up. This will be quite a decent sized project as the site will need to be able to house a library of posts/content. It will also need a member's database, login features, forum and SSO integration with third 3rd party platforms like thinkific.

The design is not yet ready but will be ready soon so I'm now searching for a developer to help with this project with the potential for ongoing work after the site has been built on an hourly rate basis.
