Skilled YouTube Video Editor Needed

We have a YouTube channel and we're looking for a skilled video editor to help us produce minimum 3 (10mins+) videos per week. Our current pay is slightly low, but once our channel got monetized we will increase the pay.

Requirements:
1) Have great art sense and able to create a professional and nice video
2) Able to find suitable funny scenes to add in at the right time
3) Able to produce 3+ videos per week
4) Hardworking and able to respond promptly
