Tech Representative - Entry Level Remote

Position: IT Support Entry Level

Having the following skillsets is a plus:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented
- Must be proficient in English spoken and comprehension
- Good in taking notes, dictation, and meeting minutes.
- Good listening skills
- Must have used a ticketing system, i.e Zendesk / Freshdesk / OS Ticket
- Must be very familiar with Remote Desktop Support
- Must know how to greet customers with a friendly voice and resolve IT issues.
- Nice to have VoIP / IP phone experience, please state if you have this experience
- - A good wired (DSL / fiber/ cable modem) internet connection with a speed of 5mbps up is a must for this position!
