JOB OVERVIEW

- Manage Social Media (desired not required)
- Post ads for space on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc
- Send Dms to event planners and influencers on IG about space
- Make list of event throwers and spaces on eventbrite and send them emails about partnering up
- Answer the phone (with Grasshopper app if we made not available)
-Research price points for similar spaces in area, and how we can partner with them, then craft and send email or dm
- Respond to voicemails, dm, and email inquiries
- Research and contact top event planners in the city on social media offering to partner up
- Inform us about networking events in our field(s)
- Call to actions and manage signup info for potential clients who respond to email, dm, call, etc.
- Create resource forms for interested clients
15. Manage appointments and calendar on app where we all have access
16. Send follow up emails after events for feedback/testimonials
17. Call, dm, email other event venues pitching our services and affiliate packages
18. Manage bookings and add to schedule
19. Reminder emails for clients few days before gig and call them day of. Reminder messages for payment and other deadlines as well.
