This position is dedicated to providing world class support for our flagship products and effectively managing our customer support department. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping businesses to reach greater levels of success and will do “whatever it takes” to ensure a positive result.
Your main role would be to work with these team members to ensure the highest level customer service experience and handle escalation situations.
Absolutely must have a professional and friendly tone and attitude, as you are the front line interaction person on the team with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Have at least 6 months to 1 year. experience.
2. Experienced with NetSuite and Five9. (not necessarily but is a plus)
3. Comfortable with using a cloud based CRM
4. Have fluent spoken and written English with great verbal skills
5. Able to work at least for 40 hours per week.
6. Available at all times via Skype.
7. Ieally have an office to work from and suitable reliable internet connection
8. Be well versed in data entry
